YOUR INFORMATION, EXPLAINED

Privacy
policy.

This notice explains what information MegaNum may receive when you use this website or contact our team, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Who we are

MegaNum (“MegaNum”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and handles enquiries sent to our team. For questions about this notice or to make a privacy request, email contact@meganum.com.

2. Information we may receive

The information we receive depends on how you choose to contact us. It may include:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company, market, service interests and the goals or questions you describe;
  • the contents of messages you send by email, phone or WhatsApp, along with information needed to reply; and
  • basic technical and security information generated when a website is hosted online, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and request times, if recorded by the hosting provider.

You can choose what to include in a message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

3. Strategy-call request form

If you submit the form on our strategy-call page, we send the details you provide (name, email, and any company, market, focus or goal information) to info@meganum.com so our team can respond. The theme does not save these submissions as WordPress entries. The configured website and email providers may process or retain technical message logs under their own terms.

You can instead contact us directly by email. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the form.

4. How we use information

We use information we receive to respond to enquiries, arrange requested conversations, understand a potential project, provide services, keep business records, protect the website and our systems, and meet legal requirements.

We do not use information submitted through this website for an email-marketing list. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.

5. Legal grounds

Where data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis, we generally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting our operations; taking steps at your request before entering a contract; performing a contract; or meeting a legal obligation. If we ask for consent for a particular use, you may withdraw it at any time for future processing.

6. Cookies, analytics and external links

The current website version does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies, and it does not save form entries in browser storage. If the website is hosted online, its hosting provider may keep technical logs for delivery, reliability and security.

This website links to services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. If you follow one of those links, that service handles your visit under its own privacy terms. MegaNum does not control those services.

7. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support our communications, email, website hosting, IT or business operations, and with professional advisers or public authorities where needed to meet legal duties, protect rights or address security issues. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Email, phone and messaging providers process information under their own terms when you choose to use them. We limit access to information to people and providers who need it for the purposes described here.

8. International processing and retention

MegaNum serves businesses in multiple markets. Depending on the communication tools and service providers involved, information may be processed in a country different from yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use the required safeguards.

We keep enquiry and business information only for as long as needed to respond, manage our relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The specific period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any applicable requirements.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may be able to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, or a copy in a portable format. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. To make a request, email contact@meganum.com and tell us how you interacted with MegaNum. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

10. Children’s information

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website, services or data practices change. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page. Please review it from time to time.
